CNC Routing
Custom cutting for specialized parts is now available on site using our new CNC router. In order to receive a quote you can supply a drawing (.dwg or .dxf files accepted), supply a sketch or supply a part for duplication. Our engineering staff will draw it in CAD and program it on the router.
We offer routing services for one-off parts or large quantity orders.
Capabilities:
- Custom cut plastics or wood up to 1-1/2” thick.
- Custom holes from 1/16” and up.
- Cutting of sheets up to 5’ x 10’.
- Ability to cut almost any shape, diameter or radius.
- Fast turn-around on cutting.
